Claudie is a crypto connector for Claude and ChatGPT, operated privately from the United Kingdom, trading as Claudie.

These Terms govern your use of Claudie. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Claudie lets you request crypto actions through supported AI assistants. Features include buying and selling tokens through Jupiter, transferring crypto, creating memecoins, viewing charts, and reclaiming eligible Solana account rent.

Blockchain transactions currently run on Solana. Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain support are planned but are not guaranteed or available unless expressly announced.

Features may depend on third-party services, network conditions, asset availability, and technical limitations.

You must meet the age, permission, and eligibility requirements of the AI platform and other services you use with Claudie.

Claudie does not impose a blanket 18+ restriction. If you are under 18, use is permitted only where lawful and with any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law or the connected services.

You must not use Claudie where doing so would breach applicable law or sanctions.

Authentication is managed through Supabase. Generated wallets are handled through Turnkey, and Claudie stores the wallet address associated with your account.

Users can export their wallet keys. Keep exported keys private and securely backed up. Anyone with access to a private key may be able to control its wallet.

You are responsible for protecting your account and reviewing activity. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Claudie processes transaction instructions and approvals provided by you through the connected AI assistant. Claudie's operator does not independently approve transactions on your behalf.

Before authorising an action, check the asset, network, amount, recipient, and any transaction conditions. Do not assume every action will produce a separate confirmation screen.

AI assistants can misunderstand instructions or provide inaccurate information. If a request or proposed action is unclear, clarify it before proceeding.

An action may fail, be delayed, or execute at a different price from an earlier estimate. Once broadcast, blockchain transactions generally cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Claudie charges no platform, subscription, trading, transfer, or token-creation fees.

This does not mean every blockchain action is cost-free. Network fees, account-creation deposits, liquidity-pool charges, price impact, slippage, or other third-party costs may apply. These are separate from Claudie's fees.

Claudie cannot reverse completed blockchain transactions or refund costs paid to networks or third parties. This does not affect any legal rights you may have against us.

Any future Claudie charges will be disclosed before they apply to your use.

You are responsible for the name, ticker, image, description, and other material you provide when creating a token. You must have the necessary rights to use that material.

You must not create tokens for fraud, impersonation, deceptive promotion, market manipulation, or other unlawful purposes.

Creating a token does not guarantee a listing, liquidity, buyers, value, or profit.

Rent recovery applies only to eligible accounts. The amount recoverable varies; it is not a guaranteed fixed payment or investment return.

Do not use Claudie to steal assets, access accounts without permission, distribute malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, evade applicable restrictions, or interfere with the service.

You must not misrepresent your identity, another person's project, or your authority to use a wallet.

Claudie depends on services including AI platforms, Supabase, Turnkey, Jupiter, blockchain networks, and other API providers.

Their terms and privacy policies may apply separately. References to providers do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate third-party data, or successful execution of every request.

We may change or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of material changes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

You may stop using Claudie at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. Before requesting deletion, export your wallet key or move your assets so you do not depend on the account for access.

Crypto assets can lose substantial value or become worthless. You are responsible for your decisions and any applicable tax obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect instructions you authorise, compromised credentials outside our control, market movements, or third-party failures that are not attributable to our breach or negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your mandatory consumer rights.

We will update the date above when these Terms change and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have.

These Terms are subject to applicable UK law. The relevant UK jurisdiction and courts will depend on the operator's location and applicable consumer rules.

Nothing limits mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers where they live.
