How accounts and wallets work
Claudie uses Supabase for authentication and Turnkey for generated wallet infrastructure. We store the wallet address associated with your account.
Transaction instructions and approvals come from you through the connected AI assistant. Claudie's operator does not independently approve transactions on your behalf.
Users can export their wallet keys. Exported keys should be stored securely and never shared in a chat, email, or support request.
Check before approving
Before approving a crypto action, check:
- The correct token and blockchain.
- The amount and recipient address.
- Any quoted transaction conditions or external costs.
- Whether the action matches what you intended.
AI assistants may misunderstand requests. If anything is unclear, ask for clarification before approving.
Protect your access
Use a strong, unique password where applicable and protect the accounts used to sign in.
Be cautious of impersonators, unsolicited links, and requests to reveal a private key or recovery phrase. Use https://agentclaudie.app to find Claudie's official information.
If you export a private key, anyone who obtains it may be able to access the wallet independently of Claudie.
Security limitations
No online service, wallet system, AI model, or blockchain is risk-free.
Provider outages, software defects, malicious assets, phishing, and compromised accounts can cause loss or interruption. Using a third-party security provider does not guarantee that every part of Claudie is secure.
This page does not claim that Claudie has undergone an independent security audit or holds a security certification.
Account deletion
Before requesting deletion, make sure you can access your assets independently by exporting your wallet key or transferring assets elsewhere.
Deleting an account does not reverse transactions or erase public blockchain records.
Report a concern
Send suspected vulnerabilities or account-security concerns to contact@agentclaudie.app.
Include a description, relevant time, affected feature, and safe reproduction steps where possible. Do not include passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or other users' personal information.
When investigating a suspected vulnerability, do not access other users' accounts, move their funds, disrupt the service, or expose their information.
