Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Claudie is operated privately from the United Kingdom. The operator is responsible for personal information processed through Claudie.

Contact: contact@agentclaudie.app

2. Information we process

Account information: Authentication and account information needed for sign-up and login is managed through Supabase.

Wallet information: We store the wallet address associated with your account. Turnkey handles generated wallets and the information needed to provide its wallet services.

Requests and transactions: Claudie processes the information needed to fulfil your requests, such as token identifiers, amounts, destination addresses, and transaction instructions. Processing a request does not necessarily mean keeping a permanent record of it.

Support messages: If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

Technical information: Hosting and API infrastructure may process technical request information when you use the service.

Please do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or unnecessary personal information in support messages or AI conversations.

3. Why we use information

We use information to:

  • Create and authenticate accounts.
  • Associate accounts with their wallets.
  • Process user-requested crypto actions.
  • Respond to support and deletion requests.
  • Maintain the service and investigate technical problems or misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Services that receive information

Information is shared as needed with service providers involved in delivering the functionality you request:

  • Supabase: authentication and account infrastructure.
  • Turnkey: wallet infrastructure.
  • Jupiter: swap-related requests and routing.
  • Hosting and API providers: website delivery, blockchain access, token creation, charts, and other requested functions.
  • Blockchain networks: transaction information submitted onchain.

Claude and ChatGPT also process conversations and connected-tool activity under their respective providers' policies. Their processing is separate from Claudie's handling of information.

A privately operated API is not necessarily anonymous or free of logging.

We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Public blockchain information

Wallet addresses and transaction details recorded on public blockchains can be viewed by others. Public activity may be linked to your identity through other information.

Claudie cannot delete or alter public blockchain records. Deleting your Claudie account does not remove your transaction history from a blockchain or independent blockchain explorers.

6. Retention and account deletion

You can request deletion by emailing contact@agentclaudie.app. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

We will delete account information under our control when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations. Some information may need to be retained for a limited period to address disputes, security issues, or legal requirements.

Before requesting deletion, export your wallet key or transfer your assets to a wallet you can access independently.

Account deletion does not automatically delete information held independently by AI platforms or other third parties.

7. International processing

Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to the use of, or receive a portable copy of your personal information.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent.

Contact contact@agentclaudie.app to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk.

9. Younger users

Under-18s have privacy rights too. They must meet the eligibility requirements of connected services and any applicable permission requirements.

Young users or their parents or guardians can contact us for a plain-language explanation of how information is used or help exercising privacy rights. We may need to verify authority before sharing account information with another person.

10. Updates

We will update this policy when our processing changes and provide appropriate notice where required.
